JURIXA v1.0
For clients

Move through your Procedure with fewer blind spots

JURIXA gives clients one place to understand the next step, share documents, confirm who is authorized to coordinate, and follow a Procedure without chasing scattered messages.

Client route

Use the portal when you already have access, or start with JURIXA Agent when you are joining directly without an external agent.

Know the current step

Procedure status, blockers, mediator details, and provider context stay visible from the same client workspace.

Handle documents safely

Upload requested files, review signature tasks, and keep sensitive material tied to the right Procedure.

Ask without guessing

Client support and guided updates reduce the need to ask who owns the next action or where to send information.

Secure legal operations workspace
Clarity

A calmer way to follow legal and procedural work

Clients can see the authorized relationship around their Procedure, keep documents attached to the right record, and receive practical updates without needing to understand the internal operating model.

  • Confirm whether JURIXA Agent or an external agent is mediating the Procedure.
  • See the provider responsible for the legal or procedural work when that relationship is available.
  • Keep uploads, support requests, and signatures in the client portal instead of scattered channels.
Client reception and legal support area
Current plan reality

Direct clients are supported, but premium self-upgrade is not exposed yet

Clients whose mediator is JURIXA Agent can continue through the current free or JURIXA-paid portal flow. The backend can support client-paid service-fee procedures, but the client portal does not yet show a self-service free-versus-premium selector.

  • Clients do not need a provider workspace subscription to use their portal.
  • Provider Workspace billing remains separate for provider organizations.
  • A guided premium client path can be added when the product flow is ready.

Choose the route that fits your role

Jurixa keeps client, mediator, and provider responsibilities separate so growth does not turn into unclear ownership.
